Most often we buy undeveloped parcels of land and/or in-fill, which means we buy land in established neighborhoods and build a new home. We are always searching for land inside of the best school districts and neighborhoods with character and charm.
Collective Build Co. is responsible for 100% of the construction on all of our builds. We are a licensed and insured General Contractor. All of the work on the home site is performed by teams of sub-contractors that are managed by our team of in-house project managers. We have complete control over the design of the home as well as the quality in which the homes are constructed.
For our new construction projects, our homes are all designed in-house by our team at Collective Build Co. All exterior designs are showcased by full color renderings. Our interior design elements are shown with CAD drawings by a professional designer. There is not a detail overlooked in the design of our homes.
Collective Build Co. handles the resale of our homes ourselves. When an active build is a great fit for an interested buyer, we pre-sell the home with the pre-selected finishes already chosen. If a home is not under contract by the time the build is complete, we will list the home for sale.
It was such a pleasure to work with Zane over six months while building our first house. He was always available when needed, very organized, detail oriented, and you can tell he has a passion and great talent for building homes. For us this was crucial since this was our first time building and we had a lot of questions! Zane is very personable and was so easy to work with.
